Q. Where is your store located?

A. We currently do not have a storefront. Because we operate out of our home, we strongly advise that you avail our website or schedule a meet up.

Q. What days are your meet ups/deliveries?

A. We coordinate meet ups and deliveries on Saturdays (9:00am-11:00am). Dates are subject to change. Please exercise due diligence when scheduling a meet up. If you are not able to make it to our meet up, please let us know six (6) hours in advance. We understand that emergencies can arise so we ask that you let us know as soon as possible.

Q. Do you accept credit/debit cards?

A. Yes. Please be advised of the 5% convenience fee (labeled as tax upon checkout). Website and PayPal orders are prioritized over cash. If you would like to opt for credit/debit card payments as form of payment during meet ups, please be advised that the 5% convenience fee will still apply.

Q. Do you accept PayPal?

A. Yes. You may choose PayPal upon checkout on the website or opt for PayPal on meet ups. Please be advised of the 5% convenience fee when ordering on the website (labeled as tax upon checkout). You can also contact us directly if you would like to send PayPal payments to avoid the 5% fee. Website and PayPal orders are prioritized over cash.

Q. Do you accept cash?

A. Yes. We accept cash upon meet ups, however be advised that Website and PayPal orders are prioritized over cash. We will contact you if an product sells before our scheduled meet up.

Q. Why am I being charged tax upon checkout when Saipan does not impose tax?

A. There is a 5% convenience fee that is labeled as tax upon checkout. You can also contact us directly for PayPal payments to avoid the 5% fee. Cash payments and direct PayPal payments do not incur the convenience fee.

Q. Do you charge a delivery fee?

A. No. We do not charge for delivery.

Q. What if I want my item picked up before Saturday?

A. If you need your item before delivery/meet up day (Saturday), please contact us directly. 

Q. What is your refund and exchange policy?

A. Unfortunately, we do not accept refunds and exchanges. All sales are final. We asked that you try on the product(s) upon meet up/delivery. That will serve as your final chance to opt for a refund.
